Last year was our first veg Thanksgiving and we had gotten the Tofurky Feast (Tofurky is a very popular brand of veg "meat" products for those who don't know) It comes with a Tofurky roast, stuffing, gravy, dumplings etc. It was pretty good too.
On the box was something that said "Tell us your Vegetarian Thanksgiving Story" and asked for people to post stories and pictures to the Tofurky website.We took some pics and Kitty posted them and a little story for us and that was the last we thought of it.
So I get home from my parents house just now and read email msgs from Kitty saying in capital letters CALL ME NOW!! IMPORTANT! I got worried she was in danger and called her right away. Turns out she just got an email from Turtle Island Foods/Tofurky that said:
"Hi
We put you on the box for this year's feast--congrats--will send you some boxes and a care package--including a bowling shirt with your name embroidered. Please let me know what size you are (both of you).

That's right kids. Kitty and I are going to be on the box for the Tofurky Feast this year. Here's the picture we sent them.
HAH! Look for me signing autographs on the boxes at Whole Foods in November!
